Major Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement culinary strategies aligned with the company's brand, mission, and goals.
  • Oversee menu development, seasonal changes, and innovation based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Drive consistency and quality across all units by developing and enforcing culinary standards.

Operational Oversight

  • Lead, train, and mentor cooks , kitchen managers, and culinary teams across locations.
  • Establish and maintain SOPs for food preparation, plating, portioning, and kitchen operations.
  • Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Financial Management

  • Collaborate with finance and procurement to manage food costs, labor costs, and kitchen-related expenses.
  • Analyze P&L statements to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Oversee inventory management and purchasing practices to minimize waste and ensure consistency.

Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and retain top culinary talent.
  • Create career development plans and succession paths for culinary staff.
  • Lead performance evaluations and coaching to maintain high team standards.

Vendor and Supply Chain Collaboration

  • Partner with procurement to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate supplier contracts.
  • Ensure supply chain consistency and adapt to challenges such as shortages or price fluctuations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Operation Manager in Restaurant: 5 years (Required)
