JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Supervisor will oversee all operations of the Marketing team, develop and lead marketing strategies, campaigns, drive awareness, lead generation and sales conversion.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create marketing plans, campaigns and oversee implementation;
  • Make recommendations based on competitive search, that will lead to brand awareness and sales conversion;
  • Assess marketing techniques and their efficacy in creating sales;
  • Build brand awareness and positioning through strategic marketing planning;
  • Studying market data, customer behavior and competitor activities to identify potential growth in the market;
  • Working with sales and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objective;
  • Allocating and controlling marketing spending to maximize return of investment;
  • Maintaining a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels;
  • Managing and development of various marketing collaterals, digital assets, print materials and others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Media/Public Relations and other related field.

Experience: 5 years of experience in Marketing or any related field

Skills:

  • Ability to manage the marketing process from start to finish.
  • Planning, Leading, Organizing, Driving skills.
