Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Develop, write, and edit marketing content including press releases, marketing materials, social media posts, and website copy.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and communicates the company's value propositions effectively.

Communication Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, sales, product managers) to create and distribute campaign materials.

Responsibilities

  • Media Relations: Pitch stories, handle media inquiries, and manage press releases to secure media coverage.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all marketing communications are consistent with the company's brand identity and voice.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations or any related course. Open to fresh graduates.
  • At least 2-4 years of work experience in Marketing Communication and familiarity with marketing campaigns.
