JOB BRIEF

A Documentation Staff is responsible for storing data and records for document retrieval and archives. Said records can become legal documents to ensure company compliance to internal and external policies and procedures.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for storage, cataloging and retrieval of documents
  • Handle, check and monitor the movement of all files and records
  • Assist in releasing documents to clients
  • Maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when revised
  • Maintain the system for document storage and retrieval
  • Responsible for document security and access
  • Monitors disposal of inactive files
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by immediate superior

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organized and process oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must have high quality standard
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Intramuros,Manila.
  • No work experience required.
