Brief Description:

We are hiring a Documentation Staff to support our logistics operations by ensuring the accurate preparation, processing, and filing of all import/export and shipping documents. This position plays a critical role in facilitating smooth customs clearance and timely delivery of goods.

Preferred Qualification/Experience:

Ø Graduate of Customs Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related course.

Ø Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Ø Knowledge of import/export procedures, BOC regulations, and documentation flow is highly preferred.

Ø Familiarity with PEZA and BIR requirements is an advantage.

Ø Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and document tracking tools.

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Prepare and process shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and other import/export-related paperwork.

Ø Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, warehouse, and trucking teams for documentation requirements.

Ø File and monitor Import Entry Declarations (IED) and other permits with government agencies (e.g., BOC, PEZA, DTI).

Ø Ensure accuracy and compliance of all documents with customs regulations and client requirements.

Ø Submit and track documents for customs clearance and delivery releases.

Ø Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all shipments and documentation.

Ø Monitor timelines to avoid delays, penalties, or demurrage charges.
