Position: Admin Staff Operation (Applicants should be open to training in Cagayan de Oro City)
Location: Zamboanga City
Responsibilities:
- Define and assign sales territories for franchise outlets through mapping activities.
- Ensure compliance and prevent overlapping of franchisee territories.
- Monitor franchisee activities for adherence to operational standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with regulations.
- Address violations, collaborate with franchisees, and provide guidance.
- Stay updated on regulations and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support on mapping requirements and compliance.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent enforcement of regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Geography, or related field.
- Experience in mapping, enforcement, or compliance roles preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of mapping techniques.
- Familiarity with GIS software and geographic data management.
- Attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for monitoring and enforcement purposes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
