M.S.Y Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Junior HR Staff to support our expanding team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This role will offer the opportunity to gain experience and grow within the human resources field, while contributing to the success and growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes by posting job ads, organizing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial applicant screenings.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training.
Maintain employee records (attendance, personal details, performance evaluations, etc.) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, leaves, and overtime.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Handle the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and any additional benefits.
Participate in HR projects, such as organizing company events, updating company policies, or employee surveys.
Respond to employees' queries and provide the necessary information or guidance.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
0-2 years of experience in Human Resources or similar role.
Familiarity with HRIS, MS Office, and databases.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Knowledge of labor regulations is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php414.00 per day
