KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate documents, reports, emails, contracts, and marketing materials from Mandarin to English (and vice versa) with high accuracy.
  • Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, video calls, or live events when necessary.
  • Review and proofread translated texts for consistency, grammar, and tone.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure culturally appropriate and contextually accurate translations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all translated materials and business information.
  • Support Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, or team members in communication and coordination.
  • Manage translation timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Mandarin Translator or Interpreter (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Language Studies, Translation, Communication, International Studies, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese and English (oral and written); knowledge of Filipino is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and translation tools/software (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • E-commerce knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be okay to work onsite in Quezon City.
