- Financial Management: Manage petty cash, process invoices, and assist with compliance with financial policies, working with accounting departments.
- Office Logistics: Manage office supplies, maintain office equipment, and coordinate facility management, including repairs, maintenance, and communal area upkeep.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain personnel records, and coordinate training sessions.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize staff meetings, training, and social events, handling all logistics such as venue booking and catering.
