Job Title: Financial Controller

Location: Quezon City & Cebu (Must be willing to travel between both locations)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our hospitality properties in Quezon City and Cebu. This senior leadership role will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting the growth and operational goals of both properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance teams in both locations.
  • Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, taxation, and financial policies.
  • Support executive leadership with strategic financial insights and planning.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Monitor and control CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Drive cost optimization and profitability across both properties.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and other departments to align financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, F&B, or leisure) is required.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience handling multi-property or regional operations is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in financial software and hotel property management systems.
  • Willing to travel regularly between Quezon City and Cebu.
