Job Description
  • Understand customer needs and create relevant email campaigns
  • Develop and discuss strategy with the founders
  • Write content using creative materials
  • Utilize tools such as Shopify, Mailchimp, and Google Suite
  • Track and analyze email performance, then optimize accordingly
  • Create after-sales emails to improve customer retention
  • Develop strategies to upsell through email

Requirements
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • Receptive to feedback
  • Strong work ethic and comfort in a fast-paced startup
  • Clear, timely communicator
  • Able to collaborate closely with founders

Salary and Setup
  • Hourly-based to start; can shift to output-based
  • Part-time or full-time
  • Hybrid setup allowed with consistent results; mostly onsite during training (MAKATI)
