Key Responsibilities

  • Drive contractors to meet schedules and milestones.
  • Manage mock-ups, punch lists, and turnover.
  • Submit progress and quality reports.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer/Architect or related degree.
  • 10+ years construction, 5+ years finishing/fit-out.
  • Strong knowledge of high-end finishes and QC.
  • Skilled in supervision, coordination, and MS Office.
  • Willing to travel nationwide.

KPIs

  • On-time completion.
  • High-end quality compliance.
  • Timely punch list closure.
  • Effective contractor/consultant coordination.

Job Type: Full-time
