The IT Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations of POS (Point of Sale) printers and related IT products. This role focuses on expanding market reach, building strong relationships with clients and resellers, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for POS printers and related IT hardware products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients, distributors, and resellers.
  • Lead, guide, and support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure efficient order processing and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in POS systems, printers, or hardware distribution.
  • Strong background in B2B sales, channel development, and distributor management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • With existing client or reseller network in the IT hardware or POS industry is an advantage.
