Role Summary:

Lead and grow the company's sales team across all product segments (large format equipment - printers, scanners, heat press machines, software, consumables). Improve sales structure, drive revenue, and coordinate with marketing for demand generation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee hardware and consumables sales teams.

* Develop sales strategies, targets, and incentive plans.

* Coach and monitor sales manager, executives, and assistants.

* Coordinate with marketing to support lead generation and brand promotion.

* Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Ensure efficient sales processes from inquiry to closing.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

* Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership (preferably in large format or related equipment).

* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
