We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our thriving supermarket team in Cubao, Quezon City. As a fulltime employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and efficient assistance to customers at the checkout counter and throughout the supermarket
  2. Accurately processing customer transactions, including cash handling and returns
  3. Answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  4. Maintaining a clean and well-organised supermarket floor to ensure a pleasant shopping environment
  5. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a supermarket or grocery store setting
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and transactions
  4. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  6. A positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude
