About the role

Daily Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our retail team in our Cubao, Quezon City store. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints
  3. Assisting customers with locating products and answering questions about merchandise
  4. Monitoring stock levels and replenishing shelves as needed
  5. Operating the cash register and handling cash and card transactions efficiently
  6. Maintaining a clean and well-organised store environment
  7. Supporting other store duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a supermarket or grocery store environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  5. Good numerical skills and attention to detail
  6. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
