Job Overview

The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for delivering visually compelling and intuitive interfaces across our web and mobile platforms. This role is essential to ensuring that our products provide a seamless and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and a passion for creating exceptional iGaming experiences.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• User Experience Design:
  Lead the design of intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs for online gaming platforms and mobile apps, ensuring seamless, enjoyable user experiences.
• Collaboration and Feedback:
  Work closely with product managers and developers to create design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs. Actively participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Design Optimization and Innovation:
  Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends and iGaming industry standards to continually improve design quality. Use user feedback, research, and usability testing to inform design decisions and refine products.
• Prototyping and Visual Design:
  Develop high-fidelity prototypes and UI elements that communicate design concepts effectively. Ensure visual consistency across all platforms, maintaining alignment with the brand and design guidelines.
• User Research and Testing:
  Conduct user research, including surveys and usability tests, to gain insights into player behavior and preferences. Analyze research findings to iterate on designs and optimize the overall user experience.
• Design System Management:
  Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system that supports scalability and efficiency across different product teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, addressing technical constraints without compromising on design integrity.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5+ years of UI/UX experience
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work, ideally within the iGaming or entertainment industry.
• Tools & Prototyping:
  Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and other design/prototyping software. Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes and using auto layouts for efficiency.
• User-Centered Design:
  Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, including wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and visual design best practices.
• Collaborative Skills:
  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within cross-functional teams and gather stakeholder input to inform design decisions.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and functionality while delivering high-quality, user-friendly designs.
• Responsive Design:
  Experience designing for mobile, tablet, and web platforms with a deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.

Key Competencies

• iGaming Experience:
  Familiarity with the iGaming space, understanding player psychology, and design principles specific to the industry.
• Design Systems:
  Experience in creating and maintaining design systems for consistency across large-scale projects.
• Agile Environment:
