Role Overview

We're bringing Blitz to Davao — and we're looking for someone entrepreneurial and driven to help lead our expansion on the ground. This role will focus on growing our gym network, executing in-gym sampling activations, and improving sales performance across partner locations. You'll play a key part in building our presence in the region, working closely with our team to test new strategies, optimize product placements, and turn everyday customers into advocates. It's a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys relationship-building, and wants to be part of scaling a local health and wellness brand in a new market.

Responsibilities

  • Expand Blitz's presence in Davao by building relationships with new gyms, cafés, and alternative distribution partners.
  • Coordinate with gym owners and staff on product placements and light promotional activities.
  • Run in-gym activations to drive sales and engagement.
  • Track activation performance and share insights to help improve future efforts.
  • Manage day-to-day operations such as inventory, orders, deliveries, and basic reporting.
  • Act as a dependable point of contact for partner gyms, assisting with sales or operational concerns.
