What The Role Is About:

• Talent Acquisition You will identify, engage, and place top talent through various sourcing strategies.
• Client Partnership You will develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their culture, pain points and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Management You will beguiding candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
• Market Insight You will be staying updated on industry trends and provide valuable market intelligence to clients and candidates.

What This Role Needs:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably from an executive search firm or a recruitment/staffing agency
• A strong network of contacts and has a knack for building relationships
• Must be an expert in Boolean searches
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• A critical thinker with very good problem-solving skills
• A self-motivated individual and highly-driven to achieve results
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Highly knowledgeable in both MS and Google Suite applications
• Highly knowledgeable in using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Manatal
• Able to commit to working 3-4 hours a day
• Having access to a conducive workspace, work laptop or PC, headset, a high-definition webcam and at least 10 mbps of internet speed
