Job Description:

  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.

  • Prepare reports and summarize data including sales report and book value.

  • Coordinate with Inventory department about purchase orders of the items from different branches.

  • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products.

Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least graduate of any Business-Related course or BS I.T.

· Proficient in MS Office Application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in Purchasing is an advantage.

· Must be flexible, can work in extended hours, holidays or even in Sundays (If necessary).

· Has keen attention to details.

· Has a good communication skill.
