· Must be able to work closely with the internal departments (Purchasing Department, Operations Department, Accounting Department, other colleagues/clients/suppliers).

· Professional and clear communication (written and verbal) with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and clients of the company.

· Oversee the procurement process which include: negotiating contracts, sourcing suppliers, and managing vendor & client relationships to ensure economical purchasing.

· Source and purchase construction materials, equipment, machineries, and other production-related supplies.

· Exceptional knowledge in rental of machineries and equipment for the site.

· Excellent knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.

· Evaluate and inspect the quality of goods and services received to ensure they meet the company specifications and standards required by the personnel site.

· Track and reconcile from PR to PO up to delivery for each site.

· Excellent in tracking and reconciling PRs, open POs and invoicing concerns.

· Maintain an up-to-date and accurate vendor master list and procurement records.

· Compliance with vendor code Ethics.

· Must be able to perform ad-hoc reporting and special projects as deem needed by the company.
