JOB SUMMARY

Executes planning and purchasing of supply investments of the Company. Assists in generating cost-

saving plans/purchases and maintains a strong relationship with Suppliers.

Planning

Identifies and anticipates the demand changes based on the actual supply.

Determines the quality, quantity and specification of the products and services to be purchased.

Checks Materials Requirement Plan (MRP) daily to run Stock Out Reports.

Monitors Open Purchase Order and Stock Out Reports.

Analyses inventory through Supply Stratification and Spend Analysis.

Initiates Purchase Orders (PO) for inventory replenishment as needed.

Checks and audits actual merchandise and inventory situation across all stores and non-store inventory locations.

Reduces supply costs and manages the expenses per Business Supplier.

Purchasing

Ensures all requisitions are in compliance with operational policies and procedures.

Researches and identifies the most suitable Supplier.

Requests for quotations and conducts negotiation on purchase terms and conditions.

Generates and sends Purchase Orders and obtains confirmation from the Supplier.

Monitors and updates the purchase orders in the system.

Reinforces confidentiality and security of files and database.

Abides with all policies and procedures including that of Company's Code of Honor.

Protects the image and interest of the Company at all times.

Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business or Supply Chain related courses. At least 6 months experience in Procurement, Purchasing and Product Management.

SPECIALIZATION / TECHNICAL SKILLS

Productive Communication, Planning and Negotiation Skills. Knowledgeable in SAP, Microsoft Office and iWork Applications.
