Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

● Manage timely execution activities related to PR Kit production as follows:

  • Prepare mock-up of PR Kit for approval based on requirements provided by the Accounts and Creative Team.
  • Source the elements, supplies and materials for PR Kit production.
  • Ensure quality of PR Kit elements, supplies and materials delivered.
  • Assemble brand's PR kit based on the final mockup and quality standards.

● Manage supplier relations, contract negotiations, pricing, delivery timeline and quality.

● Ensure all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

● Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment.

● Collaborate with other departments, vendors and suppliers on equipment, materials and supplies requirements.

Reports and Files Maintained:

● Reports: Project Status Report, Lookout Report

● Files: Purchase Orders, Quotations, Supplier Masterfile

● Trackers: Production, Suppliers Database and Operations Team PSR

Qualification/s:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or other related field of studies.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement.
  • Proficiency in MS Tools and Google Apps.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly adaptable to an inclusive and diverse work environment.

  • Salary Range: 25,000-30,000
  • Allowance/s: Mobile allowance upon regularization); Transportation allowance 1000 (upon hiring)\
