Responsibilities (Fixed-Term)

- Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and accredit suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.

- Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with vendors to optimize costs and maintain strong supplier relationships.

- Procurement Processing: Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring timely approvals and alignment with project schedules.

- Invoice & Documentation Management: Collate and validate supplier invoices, ensuring completeness and BIR compliance for project closing.

- Coordination with Finance & Projects: Work closely with Finance for payment processing and project teams to align procurement timelines with deliverables.

- Vendor Database & Monitoring: Maintain an updated vendor database, track supplier performance, and support risk management processes.

- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of procurement policies and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management, - preferably in a marketing, advertising, or service-based industry.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with procurement best practices, supplier accreditation, and BIR invoicing compliance.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suites; experience with procurement or ERP systems is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
