Job Summary:

This role involves sourcing and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely deliveries, and driving cost savings while adhering to procurement policies and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material and Supplier Accreditation

  • Identify and qualify potential suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier performance assessments.
  • Maintain supplier database and records.

  • Process supplier requests and changes.

  • Processing of Requirements

  • Develop and manage procurement requirements.

  • Conduct supplier pre-qualification and selection.
  • Issue RFQs (Request for Quotation) and evaluate proposals.
  • Recommend suppliers based on evaluation results.

  • Manage supplier relationships and address procurement issues.

  • Material Study

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions.

  • Conduct material and service cost analysis.

  • Monitor market trends and implement pricing strategies.

  • Admin and Report Preparation

  • Manages purchasing documentation (ensuring compliance and availability).

  • Provides general administrative support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar function.
  • Prior experience in real estate or property development is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze data, compare costs, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of supplier management, accreditation processes, and procurement workflows.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate across teams and external partners.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to navigate multi-step processes with patience and adaptability.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Willing to work onsite in Tinio, Mandaluyong City.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: 2x a week onsite, the rest are WFH. The first 1–3 months will require on-site work to support training and onboarding.
