We're Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Night Shift)

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and great at communication? We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our growing team

What You'll Do:

  • Help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Manage emails, calendars, and schedules.
  • Create and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Follow up on tasks and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to messages and requests.
  • Juggle multiple tasks while staying efficient and organized.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other tech tools.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
  • Someone who's proactive, responsive, and reliable.
  • Willing to work night shift to support U.S. business hours.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience as a VA or admin support.
  • Are familiar with CRM or project management tools.
  • Have supported U.S.-based clients before.
