Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty program management.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze) and segmentation/personalization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs like engagement, churn, and lifetime value.
  • Proven leadership experience, with ability to mentor and manage a team.

What's The Role All About?

The Member Lifecycle Manager is responsible for planning and executing strategies and tactics that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value of members across all stages of the loyalty journey. This role owns the end-to-end loyalty CRM operations, from campaign management and journey orchestration to performance analysis, and will work closely with cross-functional teams. The role will also lead and grow a small team of lifecycle specialists.

Major Responsibility Areas

  • Member Lifecycle Strategy & Execution:
    Drive member engagement and retention through tailored, multi-channel CRM strategies across all lifecycle stages.
  • CRM Operations & Tool Management:
    Manage day-to-day operations of CRM platforms.
  • Segmentation & Personalization
    : Leverage data-driven segmentation to deliver personalized member content and offers
  • Team Leadership & Development
    : Lead and mentor a team of CRM coordinators, analysts, or specialists.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
