- Lead End-to-End Project Development
- Drive project initiatives from initial site identification to feasibility studies, permitting, contract execution, and pre-construction planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with landowners, community stakeholders, LGUs (Local Government Units), and prospective customers to support project success.Manage the preparation and review of essential project documents including feasibility studies, financial models, technical analyses, and risk assessments.Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment with project timelines, scope, and business objectives.Track key project milestones, budgets, and risk factors throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely reporting to management.Support strategic expansion by identifying, assessing, and proposing new project opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.

Business Growth and Opportunity Identification
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within group companies or large corporate environments.
- Sales Expertise
Strong background in B2B (Business-to-Business) or B2G (Business-to-Government) sales, with proven connections to decision-makers, business owners, or key stakeholders.
- Industry Experience
Preferably with experience in industries such as:
- Renewable Energy / Power
- Hospitals / Healthcare
- Shopping Malls / Real Estate Development
- Manufacturing
- Banking / Insurance
- Government agencies (DOE, ERC, PEZA, etc.)
- Government Bidding Knowledge
Preferably experienced in PhilGEPS registration, government procurement processes, and project bidding procedures.
- Professional Network and Associations
Active involvement or affiliations with relevant business or industry associations is a plus (e.g., energy associations, chamber of commerce, real estate or industrial groups).

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
