Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and oversee machines such as VR systems, gaming devices, PCs, and 3D printers during daily activities.
  • Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Perform basic machine checks and routine preventive tasks to avoid downtime.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines while handling equipment.
  • Report any machine errors, malfunctions, or unusual activity to supervisors or engineers.
  • Coordinate with US-based engineers for remote troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate logs of machine usage, performance, and operational status.
  • Assist in managing machine-related inventory and supplies, alerting management when stock is low.
  • Support overall site operations by ensuring machines are ready and available for use.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any related course in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or other Engineering/Technical field.
  • Strong technical communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to document issues, escalate concerns, and provide clear reports.
  • Technical aptitude with advanced systems such as VR equipment, drones, or interactive hardware.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly under operational challenges.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in operating and monitoring equipment.
  • Adaptability to structured, high-tech, and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Familiarity with robotics or automation platforms (e.g., VEX Robotics, FIRST Robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
  • Experience in IT/network troubleshooting (devices, configuration, internet setup).
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, C) for automation or diagnostics.
  • Hands-on experience with 3D printers and CAD modeling tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Onshape).
