Performing routine maintenance tasks. This includes tasks such as cleaning and maintaining equipment, updating software, and backing up data. Maintaining records and documentation. Responsible for keeping records of hardware and software inventory, service requests, and other relevant information. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends: Technicians need to stay informed about new technologies, software updates, and security threats in order to provide effective support and make recommendations for hardware and software upgrades. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course. Excellent in spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) Good in written and verbal communication skills. Able to work with minimum supervision.
