Sales and Technical Support Specialist (Australian Account)

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales and Technical Support Specialist to join our team immediately. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful integration, deployment, and ongoing support of our cutting-edge AR/MR/XR solutions for clients in the Australian market. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills to provide outstanding support and contribute to sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Integration: Integrate new hardware and complex systems related to Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Extended Reality (XR) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed integration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best-practice documentation for clients and internal teams.
  • Client Communication & Training: Effectively communicate with clients, providing training and guidance on system and hardware integration processes.
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to smart wearables, Android devices, and other integrated systems to minimize downtime.
  • Best Practices & Compliance: Implement ICT best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards, legal, and ethical policies.
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop integration strategies, plan deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team, providing technical insights during the sales process and assisting in designing client-specific solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in system integration, technical support, or similar roles, preferably with emerging technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with Android devices, including basic troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of hardware and software integration principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to start immediately and manage urgent client requirements.

Preferred but not required:

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, ITIL.
  • Experience as an Android developer or working with AR/MR/XR technologies.
  • Prior exposure to sales support or technical pre-sales roles.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on technological advancements.
