Learning Specialist

Location:

Work Setup:
Hybrid (3 days WFH, 2 days Onsite)

Shift:
Night Shift

Salary:
Up to ₱38,000 Basic Pay

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs, define outcomes, and design effective instructional strategies.
  • Develop and deliver engaging learning materials, including eLearning, ILT/VILT content, microlearning, and job aids.
  • Facilitate live virtual and in-person training sessions using platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and assessments to enhance future programs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment across learning initiatives.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in learning design, instructional design, or training delivery.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory/principles/methodologies.
  • Skilled in eLearning design and familiar with content trends.

Preferred:

  • Experience using Workday, or similar platforms such as Taleo or SuccessFactors.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • 5+ years' experience working with virtual classroom environments and eLearning tools.
