Develop and create patterns based on design sketches, samples, and specifications.
Adjust and modify existing patterns to meet design updates or fit corrections.
Ensure patterns are accurate and production-ready.
Create grading for different sizes according to company standards.
Work closely with designers, sample makers, and production teams to ensure garment accuracy.
Conduct sample fitting and apply necessary pattern adjustments.
Prepare markers and cutting instructions for production.
Maintain organized files of all pattern versions and technical documents.
Troubleshoot pattern or fit issues during sampling or production.
Ensure patterns meet quality, safety, and cost-efficiency standards.

Pay: Php31, Php39,000.00 per month
