Sr. Curriculum Designer

About the Role

In this opportunity as Sr. Curriculum Designer, you will: 

• Designs and develops training programs that align with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.
• Creates high-quality, reusable content, including scripts, lesson plans, and job aids.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather and validate content.
• Manages projects from start to finish, overseeing instructional design, delivery, and post-training evaluation.
• Converts instructor-led training into on-demand learning materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Coaches and develops team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensures all content and projects align with organizational values and meet stakeholder objectives and deadlines.

About You

You're a fit for the role of Sr. Curriculum Designer if your background includes:

• College Degree (required) wih at least some course focus on education (preferred) 
• 2-3 years of instructional system design experience (required) 
• Advanced knowledge of training tools and models (e.g., ADDIE, adult learning principles) (required) 
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills 
• Extensive experience with content authoring software (e.g., Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, SnagIt, Camtasia, Storyline)
