About the Role:

The position is primarily responsible for ensuring that all technical specifications and requirements of our bathroom products are properly coordinated with clients, contractors, and all parties involved in site preparations to ensure smooth installation. The Technical Specialist is also expected to prepare technical/shop drawings that clearly illustrate the necessary installation requirements. He/She will attend site meetings as needed and will serve as a technical resource for Product Specialists, providing guidance to help them develop the best possible design solutions for their clients.

Job Description

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of all products — including their history, features, benefits, technical specifications, and care instructions.
  • Develop full mastery of the technical details of Dornbracht, Villeroy & Boch, and Alape products.
  • Build strong understanding of construction fundamentals, particularly in plumbing.
  • Attain proficiency in computer-aided design software for preparing drawings when needed.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Bath & Wellness team's processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Specialist in curating proposals and technical drawings to learn effective strategies and proper approaches when presenting our products to clients.
