Collection Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Collection Supervisor within the Accounting Department is responsible for managing the accounts receivable collection process to ensure the timely recovery of outstanding balances owed to the organization. This role involves overseeing a team of collection specialists, implementing collection strategies, and maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Review of Daily Transactions and Reports
- Collection Strategy
- Customer Communication
- Account Reconciliation
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ad Hoc Tasks
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Strong attention to details and organization skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiently in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QNE Business Solutions)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity sensitive finance information
