Job Description:

Role Summary:

This onsite role is responsible for developing and executing both the visual and content strategies for the agency's social media channels and marketing materials. You will create engaging graphics and videos, write compelling copy, manage online communities, and analyze performance to drive brand awareness, attract talent, and support clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Design and produce visual content, including graphics, infographics, videos, and social media posts, ensuring they align with the brand's identity.
• Write engaging and concise social media copy, including captions, calls-to-action, and responses to comments, to foster community engagement.
• Develop and manage content calendars for various social media platforms.
• Social Media Strategy & Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement for the agency and its clients.
• Monitor social media trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyze social media data and key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights and reports.
• Collaboration & Brand Consistency:
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) and external clients to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
• Oversee and refine brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent graphic design and social media campaign work.
• Exceptional visual identity development and layout composition skills.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
