Job Description

Fianchetto Realty Dev't Corp is seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing team and oversee the company's current and upcoming construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage ongoing construction projects from start to completion
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local building codes
• Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues that may arise
• Provide technical input to improve project design, materials, and methods
• Ensure that work meets quality standards and deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in construction project management or supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the Philippines
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to be assigned on-site as needed
