This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day).
Job Description: This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-growth natural products company as a Sales Representative/Closer, where you'll work with warm, pre-qualified leads across multiple booming industries. From commercial agriculture and greenhouse operations to livestock farms, poultry farming, and specialty crops, you'll help growers and producers protect their valuable investments with clean, residue-free solutions that meet the most stringent safety and compliance standards.
This role offers the perfect blend of established sales processes and exciting market expansion, where your closing skills will directly contribute to customer success stories in agriculture, animal health, and natural products. You'll be working within a proven sales system that uses a unique diagnostic approach—focusing on solving real customer problems rather than traditional product pushing.
With a consistent flow of inbound leads, a target market of 10,000+ qualified prospects, and innovative products trusted nationwide, this position offers tremendous growth potential and the satisfaction of helping customers succeed with solutions that are safe, effective, and truly ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on warm, pre-qualified inbound leads that have already been vetted through the company's sophisticated funnel system
- Close deals throughout our database expansive market of 10,000+ target prospects
- Master and implement the company's proprietary "Zymes Closer Technique" - a proven diagnostic sales approach that prioritizes problem identification
- Conduct consultative sales conversations that focus on understanding customer challenges before presenting tailored solutions
- Manage leads and track sales progress using the GoHighLevel CRM platform
- Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions
- Convert pre-qualified, warm leads into closed sales through relationship-building and solution-focused selling
- Focus on closing sales and converting qualified leads into clients, rather than simply setting appointments.
- Proven experience in sales with a strong track record in closing sales and revenue generation (not just appointment setting)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience highly preferred but not required)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence in phone-based sales environments
- Experience with consultative or diagnostic selling methodologies that prioritize customer problem-solving
- Ability to work part-time schedule initially hours per week) with strong potential for full-time advancement
- Comfort with performance-based compensation structure combining hourly rates with commission opportunities
