About the Role:
We're hiring a results-driven Closer to convert leads into customers for our solar and energy solutions in the Australian market. You'll drive same-day sales through fast response, consultative selling, and real-time quoting—helping customers make the switch to smarter energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call new leads quickly and conduct structured consultations
- Send quotes live and aim to close deals within the same call
- Communicate across calls, SMS, email, and chat
- Recommend tailored solutions and explain savings/incentives
- Log activity in HubSpot and escalate cold leads as needed
- Coordinate with teams for smooth scheduling and installations
- Provide post-sale support and share feedback for improvement
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience closing high-value deals
- Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with renewable energy solutions is a strong plus
