JOB SUMMARY:
The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. This role plays a critical part in shaping a positive candidate and employee experience, supporting organizational growth, and maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and job fairs.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
- Maintain an applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
- Prepare job offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements (e.g., documents, background checks, medical exams).
- Organize and conduct employee orientation and onboarding sessions.
- Ensure new hires receive access to systems, ID badges, equipment, and workspaces.
- Facilitate integration with teams and ensure new hires are guided through their first days and weeks.
- Monitor onboarding progress and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Administrative & Compliance
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics.
- Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and onboarding best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance of ATS, knowledgeable in Excel and Google Spreasheet
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent candidate experience.
- Willing to report on-site 6 days a week (Mondays thru Saturdays, 9AM to 6PM)
- Willing to report during holidays, as needed

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
