Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, PESO, and job fairs).
  • Coordinate with PESO and other recruitment partners to support hiring requirements.
  • Represent the company in external recruitment activities such as job fairs and career events.
  • Design recruitment collaterals (posters, job ads, and digital campaigns) using Canva and other creative tools.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system or internal database.
  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements and coordinate with relevant departments for smooth onboarding.
  • Conduct orientation and provide necessary information to new hires regarding company policies, benefits, and culture.
  • Assist in monitoring recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, labor regulations, and recruitment policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
  • Knowledgeable in navigating job posting sites and social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Skilled in using Canva for creating recruitment and employer branding materials.
  • Experience coordinating with PESO and participating in job fairs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on-site, 6 days a week,
  • Willing to report during holidays as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in onboarding and employee engagement activities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) .
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
