Service Center Supervisor

Job Description- Create and enveironment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort
- Monitor and control the inventory of items and spare parts through NAV (gatepass, factory supplies pass and inventory of item listing on a daily, weekly, monthly basis)
- Centralize work order scheduling (external and internal) across 3 service centers
- Act as QA for all items entering and leaving the SC scope of control
- Monitor and control the technicians on the field through the log in and log out system
- Ensures that all technicians are equipped with the proper tools to perform the task assigned (tools, uniforms, loads, phoans, ID's)
- Serves as the communication link between front line and management (petitions and requests)
- Receiving and dispatching control and linking with logistics and accounts for inventory
- Supervision of any preventive maintenance program to operational management with JRS/JO requests
- Target and control work flow for in house repair work to ensure maximum in house efficiecny across all 3 service centers
- Adhoc tasks as may be deemed assigned
- College or technical course graduate preferably engineering
- Significant experience in handling small to medium team of technicians
- Exposure to work scheduling techniques
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel Powerpoint)
Desirable
- Previous experience in service center supervision
- Expure to manufacturing and/or engineering environment
- Flexible in work schedules from 6am to 6pm
