Service Center Coordinator

Job Description- Act as the first level of escalations and resolve all customer issues within the clients expectations and the Team through regular feedback
- Responsible for Daily, Weekly, monthly reporting of individual performance.
- Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work.
- Interpret and communicates work procedures and company policies to staff / Technicians.
- Make recommendations to Team Lead concerning individual staff and improvement of procedures.
- Report directly to the Communications Care Team Lead.
Essential:
- College graduate with a degree from any background
- Fluent in speaking/writing English and Tagalog
- Accurate keyboard typing skills and combined with existing IT knowledge on MS Office, particularly Word & Excel
- High Math Score
Desirable:
- Previous experience of customer invoicing
- Exposure to manufacturing and/or engineering environment
- Previous experience in customer service
- Exposure to ticketing systems and financial transaction processes
