JOB TITLE: Chauffer IV / Driver Courier IV

DEPARTMENT: Logistics / Operations

REPORTS TO: Transport Supervisor / Logistics Manager

I. JOB SUMMARY

The Chauffer IV/ Driver IV ensures the safe, timely transport of personnel, documents, and goods by operating company vehicles within license restriction codes 1, 2, 3, and 8. The role conducts pre‑trip equipment checks (lights, brakes, windshield), performs minor maintenance and basic troubleshooting, follows assigned delivery routes and road‑safety practices, coordinates with the supervisor for vehicle requests, and carries out other related tasks as assigned. Candidates should be at least high‑school graduates with 6 months to 1 year of professional driving experience, hold a valid Professional Driver's License (restrictions 1, 2, 3, and 8), and demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, discipline, and strong communication skills. Work is field‑based and may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and exposure to varying weather conditions.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate vehicle in accordance with license restriction codes 1, 2, 3 and 8 only.
  • Report to immediate supervisor in order to receive vehicle request.
  • Test vehicle equipment such as lights, breaks and windshield.
  • Other Duties
  • Perform minor vehicle maintenance when necessary.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months & 1 years of experience driving.
  • License: Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2 and 1 or 3 and 8).
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Familiarity with delivery routes and road safety practices.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS

  • May be required to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Field-based work with exposure to varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
