We are looking for an
Accounts Receivable Quality Analyst
to be part of our growing team

As a Quality Analyst you'll be ensuring the accuracy and compliance of AR processes in a fast-paced healthcare BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare RCM, AR follow-up, and quality assurance methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of AR processes including follow-ups, denials, and payment posting to ensure compliance with client and internal standards.
  • Evaluate team performance by identifying errors, gaps, and areas of improvement through quality checks and audits.
  • Provide feedback and corrective actions to AR team members to drive performance improvement.
  • Prepare quality reports and dashboards for leadership and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with training and operations teams to align QA findings with process improvements and upskilling initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and client-specific compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of QA policies, procedures, and audit tools.
  • Identify trends in errors and recommend preventive measures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Quality Analyst or QA role in a healthcare BPO set up
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) , End to end Claims processes in a healthcare BPO setup.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare RCM cycle, including insurance follow-up, denial management, and payment posting.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
