Qualifications:

  • A degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
  • Basic math skills for handling financial transactions and reporting.
