Job Summary:
The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests during their stay, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and handling all front desk operations efficiently. This role involves communication with guests, resolving issues, and coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.
Qualifications:
- A degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
- Basic math skills for handling financial transactions and reporting.
