About the Role

The Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring schedules across multiple construction projects. This role ensures that individual project schedules integrate into the overall company master schedule, supporting accurate resource allocation, forecasting, and tender planning.

The Scheduler plays a key role in enabling project delivery and resource planning by providing visibility on timelines and dependencies, and ensuring that schedule information supports decision-making at both the project and business support level.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Experience)

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in the construction industry – understanding of Project lifecycles and sequences.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6 or similar).
• High-level analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Amenable working onsite in our office (IT Park, Cebu City)

Tasks and Responsibilities

Scheduling & Planning

• Create and maintain project schedules and the master company schedule
• Manage tender schedules and resource forecasts

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track progress vs. baseline and report variances
• Provide updates to teams and management, highlighting risks/delays
• Support the Head of Construction with consolidated reporting

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Estimators for accurate schedules
• Support tender submissions and align project timelines with resources

Estimating Support & Cross-skilling

• Assist the HTS Estimator and build cross-skills
• Document processes and create templates
