We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multimedia Video Editor – Adobe Premiere Pro to join our fast-paced creative team. In this role, you'll transform raw drone, construction, and marketing footage into polished highlight reels, training resources, and engaging social media content. The ideal candidate combines strong technical editing expertise with creative storytelling, thriving in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.

You'll collaborate with videographers and marketing teams to ensure every project is professional, on-brand, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Edit drone, construction, and marketing footage into highlight reels (90 sec–2 min).
  • Deliver 6+ video and photo projects daily with consistent quality.
  • Execute trimming, sequencing, pacing, color grading, and audio/music integration.
  • Incorporate branded intros/outros, titles, and project details.
  • Add light motion graphics and After Effects finishing touches when needed.
  • Organize and manage digital assets to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Support marketing campaigns and client storytelling with creative video outputs.
  • Meet strict turnaround times (some projects within 30 minutes).
  • Collaborate with videographers and marketing leads to uphold editing standards.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices for drone, construction, and marketing video content.
Mandatory Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong knowledge of After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Expertise in sequencing, pacing, transitions, and color correction.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail with branding, titles, and logos.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
  • Stable internet connection for large file transfers.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours (4:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST, Mon–Fri).
Preferred Skills
  • Background in editing drone, construction, or corporate video projects.
  • Experience managing high-volume, quick-turnaround projects.
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and workflows.
  • Understanding of social media and marketing content formats.
