We're seeking a talented and detail-driven Video Editing Specialist – Adobe Premiere Pro to join our fast-paced creative team. In this role, you'll turn raw drone, construction, and marketing footage into polished highlight reels, training resources, and engaging social media content. The ideal candidate blends strong technical editing expertise with creative instincts and thrives in producing high-volume projects with accuracy and speed.

You'll collaborate closely with our videography and marketing teams to consistently deliver professional, on-brand outputs under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit drone, construction, and marketing footage into polished highlight reels (90 sec–2 min).
  • Deliver 6+ video/photo projects daily with consistent quality.
  • Perform trimming, sequencing, pacing, color grading, and audio/music integration.
  • Add branded intros/outros, titles, and project details.
  • Apply light motion graphics and After Effects finishing touches when required.
  • Organize and manage video assets for efficient workflows.
  • Support marketing campaigns and client storytelling with creative video edits.
  • Meet strict turnaround times (some within 30 minutes).
  • Collaborate with videographers and marketing leads to maintain editing standards.
  • Stay current on best practices in construction and drone video editing.

Mandatory Skills

  • Advanced expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
  • Professional use of After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong knowledge of sequencing, pacing, transitions, and color correction.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Sharp attention to detail with branding, titles, and logos.
  • Excellent communication and proactive teamwork.
  • Stable internet for large file uploads/downloads.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours (4:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST, Mon–Fri).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience editing drone, construction, or corporate footage.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume projects with quick turnarounds.
  • Remote team collaboration experience.
  • Familiarity with social media and marketing video content.
